We soon discovered some of the joys of the yachting lifestyle. When it came to doing the necessities we had some surprises in store. The Marina where we were staying boasted it had a Laundromat. I kept looking for the facility without any luck then what we actually discovered was a washing machine on the deck of the marina office. Not so bad really except that it only did the wash cycle. We had to actually dry the clothes on Faraway. It became clear pretty fast that we didn't come on this sailing adventure for the modern home comforts.
