Friday, January 7 and more odd jobs for Ian and I including buying dive tanks and weights for the trip to the BVI's. We had heard the diving was good and wanted to get in the water. It was also time for Joanne to head back to Newcastle. She wasn't looking forward to the significant temperature change as she had managed to get a tan and wouldn't see the sun again at least until May. We went out for lunch at Zee Best and Ian did her immigration at the Dutch bridge. After a short ride out to the airport she was on her way and Ian took a photo of her Air France flight as it flew over the marina. Ian and I had a lot of preparation to do in order to make our 90 mile sail to the BVI's on Sunday morning. It was time to get organised now that the guests had left.
